Klinkenberg B.V. has a long history in the development of bulk-handling machines. We started with screw conveyors and grew to become a provider high-grade process machines. Klinkenberg started as a smithy in the year 1865, mainly repairing gear systems, and in over a century it has grown to become an expert in the production of screw conveyors, mixing systems, screw feeders for the food industry and more!

Our company was established over a century ago in Zaanstreek, which is sometimes called the kitchen of the Netherlands. Our years of experience in manufacturing food-related machines also stems from the fact that – as Klinkenberg – we grew up in this kitchen of the Netherlands. Our experts closely monitor the developments in the different industries for which they develop screw conveyors or process machines, in order to perfectly match your requirements. Our designers and production staff are regularly trained and stay up to date with the latest developments in the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG), the Dutch Machinery for the Food Industry (DMFI), the Hygienic Design Network (HDN) or take part in the defining of the standards in the NEN committees.

Our company’s efficient working method allows us to guarantee customer orientation and short delivery times. Our high-tech machinery is equipped with a fully autonomous welding robot, which manufactures parts with great precision. For laser-cut stainless steel parts, Klinkenberg recently (in 2018) procured a state-of-the-art 6kW precision fibre laser, which produces parts at great speed and with maximum precision. In addition, the engineers have been working with 3D CAD systems since 2001, which they use for testing designs and advising clients on dimensions and materials. This is how after more than 150 years, Klinkenberg continues to deliver tailor-made quality.
